How to use the automatic roasting machine
1. Before use, please check the connection and insulation of each line. A safety grounding wire must be connected outside the machine. Then turn on the power.
2. Transport the raw materials to the roasting machine through a conveyor belt or manually.
Electromagnetic roasting machine: first turn on the motor switch, then turn on the heating switch, adjust the thermostat to set the heating temperature, and start roasting.
Gas roasting machine: first turn on the motor switch to start rotating, then open the gas tank valve and ignite, and finally start the roasting machine. Adjust the gas volume to control the gear size.
After the electromagnetic roasting machine is finished roasting: turn off the heating switch and motor switch.
Gas roasting machine: turn off the gas tank valve and motor switch. Remove the sealing cover, turn on the motor forward and reverse switch, and the food will automatically come out of the pot and be sieved and separated.
3. After use, turn off the gas source and cut off the power supply before the operator can leave.
